NUTRITION IN MUSHROOMS

For a long time, edible mushrooms are generally considered to be a nutritious and precious food source and are one of 4 types of trenches, rare and precious seafood (mushrooms, bird's nest, nudibranchs, bear hands).

Nutritional composition in the average edible mushroom provides us: Protein: 25%, 8% Lipit, 60% Gluxit (in which sugar is 52%, fiber is 8%), ash 7%. In addition, there are high levels of amino acids (16 17 acitamin), vitamins (B1, B2, B3, Vitamin C, Vitamin D). Some minerals such as Potassium, Phosphorus, Sodium, Magnesium are found in mushrooms higher in fruits and vegetables. The energy value of mushrooms ranges from 200-400kcal / 100g of dried mushrooms.

In addition to the nutritional value needed for the body, edible mushrooms also have a rather pharmacological effect such as:

Oyster mushroom wih lemongrass

Raw Materials
                        

- 300 grams of jade jelly mushroom.
- 2 fresh citronella.
- 5 young lemon leaves.
- 2 peppers.
- Fresh lemon, salt and pepper.

Processing Ways
                        

- Freshly flushes and smashes the bottom of the pot.
- Add the Jade Jelly over the drain, add a few lemon leaves and chopped peppers to the face.
- Add 1 little seasoning seeds and spices.
- Cover and steam for about 10 minutes.

Usage
                        

This dish is served with lemon pepper salt or ginger sauce or during regular meals. Or reunion party with friends and family.
